Which countries are considered part of the th Europe data pakages?

How to scan an e-sim?

Open the Settings app.

Tap on Network & Internet (Android) or Mobile Data
(iOS).

Tap Add eSIM.

Scan the eSIM QR code provided by your carrier.

Wait for your eSIM to activate.

Can I get 5G?

All our SIM-only plans include 5G connectivity as standard. If you have a 5G-compatible phone and are in a 5G coverage area, you'll be able to access our 5G network. In locations without 5G, you can still use our 4G network.

Will the SIM fit my phone?

If your phone supports eSIM, we recommend using that option.
If not, we can provide a physical SIM card. Our physical SIMs are adjustable,
allowing you to choose the size that fits your phone.

How long will it take to activate my service?

Up to two working days to activate. We aim to get you up and running as soon as possible.

All physical SIMs are sent via 2nd class post. eSIMs are sent via email and can take up to two working days.

What are the benefits of a SIM only with Sim Only Club?

What is a Pay monthly SIM?

A pay monthly SIM is a type of mobile phone plan where you pay a fixed monthly fee for a bundle of services. These services typically include a certain amount of data, minutes for voice calls, and texts.

A SIM only plan does not include a handset. You can only add the physical or eSIM to an existing phone.

How do I cancel?

When can I cancel?

The ability to cancel depends on the length of your contract. Once your contract term ends, a minimum of 30 days' notice is required to cancel.

Can I use WhatsApp with SIM only

Yes, you can use WhatsApp with a SIM-only plan. Your SIM
provides unlimited mobile data, so as long as you have a WiFi connection or a
mobile signal, you can access WhatsApp.

Can I keep my SIM card?

Yes, if you are on O2, your sim card can be re-used. Please
enter the details when registering.

Can I keep my current phone number when switching?

Yes, you can keep your current phone number when switching.
Just contact your current network provider and request a PAC code. Once you receive the PAC code, provide it to us, and we'll handle the rest.

What if my phone is locked?

Contact your network provider to find out how you can unlock your phone.

How to check if your phone is locked to a network?

iPhone

Settings > General > About - scroll down to Network
Provider Lock

This should tell you if the iPhone is locked or unlocked. If
unlocked it should say “No SIM restrictions”

 

Android

Settings > Connections > mobile networks > network
operators > search now – If it shows other networks your phone is unlocked

Most phones in the UK are unlocked. Most phones
in the USA are locked.

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card that is built into a device, such as a smartphone, tablet, or smartwatch, allowing the device to connect to a mobile network without the need for a physical SIM card.

What is a Dual SIM phone?

A Dual SIM phone is a mobile device that can hold and use two SIM cards simultaneously. This allows the user to manage two separate phone numbers and networks from a single device.

Can I use the call plans anywhere in the world?

Yes, we offer worldwide roaming on longer and short-term plans.

Do the plans include EU roaming?

Yes, all our plans include EU roaming. For travel outside the EU, we offer worldwide roaming on a short-term plan or a different package.

Can I use this SIM in an apple watch?

Unfortunately, these SIMs are not compatible with Apple Watches. However, you can still connect your Apple Watch to your mobile phone using Bluetooth.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Yes, contract depending, the minimum contract length is 30 days and then you need to give 30 days notice.

How can i find my sim card's unique number? (o2 customersonly)

To find your SIM card number, also known as the ICCID
(Integrated Circuit Card Identifier), you can follow these general steps:

Settings App: Open the Settings app on your device.

About Phone: Scroll to and select ‘About Phone’.

Status or SIM Status: Find and tap on ‘Status’ or ‘SIM
Status’.

SIM Card Number or ICCID: Locate your ‘SIM Card Number’ or
‘ICCID’.

For iPhone users, you can go to Settings, General, About,
and look for ICC ID. For Android devices, the steps may vary slightly depending
on the model and the version of Android you are using. If you have an Android
10 or above, the option to view the ICCID in the settings may be blocked by
Google.

Remember to keep your SIM number secure and don’t share
it unnecessarily.

Can I change packages?

Yes, packages can be changed for one more or month. You will always be able return to your original package.

What if I am travelling outside the UK and EU?

You have the option to upgrade your package to include the rest of the world. Contact us and we will be happy to quote you for this. Once you have return from your travels you give us 30 days notice and we can downgrade your package back.

Can I use this service with my Apple Watch?

Unfortunately our service currently isn’t compatible.
